Insight Investment continues to expand its financial solutions capability with the appointment of Richard Lloyd, an expert in derivative-based investment strategies. Lloyd has joined Insight as head of structured solutions within its financial solutions group – the team responsible for the design, implementation and management of investment solutions for Insight’s clients.  

Prior to Insight, Lloyd worked for Schroder Investment Management, where he was head of structured investments. At Insight he reports to Andrew Giles, managing director of Insight’s financial solutions group and his appointment brings the total team size to 19.
