The team comprises relationship managers, client service associates, direct sales and a consultant relationship team.

UK business development

INSURANCE: Insight has a strong and growing presence in the insurance market where we manage proprietary assets for life (both with profits and non-profit funds) and general insurance companies. This team is responsible for growing our presence in this market where our expertise in Liability Driven Investments and technical knowledge of the solvency and capital requirements facing insurers means we can deliver significant capital efficiencies and eliminate unrewarded or unintended risks.

WHOLESALE: Our wholesale fund range enables retail clients (through IFAs, Life Platforms and Discretionary wealth managers) access to our core capabilities in fixed income, absolute return, specialist equities and multi-asset investing. BNY Mellon Asset Management is responsible for the distribution of these funds and Insight's investment capabilities throughout the UK wholesale market.

Marketing

The marketing team supports Insight’s strategic growth objectives, executing awareness campaigns and supporting client initiatives. Marketing can be broadly grouped into three key areas:

CLIENT MARKETING: This area focuses on working closely with business development and client relationship management, running campaigns across wholesale, institutional and European channels and supporting the new business effort through the RFP team.

COMMUNICATIONS: This area is responsible for the communication of Insight’s strategy and investment proposition both internally and externally. This includes press relations, an important part of our marketing strategy.

MARKETING SERVICES: This area is responsible for the production and management of much of Insight’s marketing activity encompassing design and production and event management.
