We have now received approval from the FSA and will be closing these funds on 12 February 2010.

Below you will find copies of the documents sent to your clients on 10 December and a copy of the notification letter sent 14 January. This notification is to remind clients that they should take the appropriate action and return their Form of Direction indicating their preference no later than 5.30pm, 11 February 2010.
