Insight Investment European Alpha Fund
Insight Investment European Small Cap Fund
Insight Investment UK Alpha Fund
Insight Investment Global Alpha Fund
Insight Investment UK Discretionary Fund

We last wrote to you on 10 December 2009 to inform you of our intention to close the funds listed above, subject to FSA approval. We have now received approval from the FSA and will be closing these funds on 12 February 2010.

Enclosed in the pack we previously sent were details of the closures, next steps for you to take and a Form of Direction which you are required to complete and return to us by 11 February, 5.30pm.
